Hey, have a lot of experience with starvemaxxing, but need to master to sustain results long term without rebounding. In 2 months I lost 10kgs, got really locked in. after that my cortisol was fucking killing me with shit sleep and rebounded fucking badly. How the ethical starvemaxxers with iq here have solutions to solve this problem, so next time we don’t have the same shit anymore.

Dropped from 95 to 85kgs. I had jawline
wisible af. Im tall as shit so I felt like a fiddlestick on that weight.

Main problem was I wanted to starve more and cortisol with fucking indecisiveness of maintain cals and psyche fucked it over. It’s not some discipline and willpower type of shit at that moment.
 
reta is the only way, i can starvmax but when it hits 9 pm i am cooked and i can't stop myself from eating so reta can be a good option

Poor starve system. If you starve until 2 then low cal 70-90g protein and in evening repeat, you’re ok

Youll never get and stay shredded that way because your cuck brain will stop you. Eat in a 500 kcal deficit (min 170g of protein for your weight) for 8 weeks then stay at maintenance for 4 weeks so your body resets. When you reach your desired % you eat at a slight surplus 100-150 kcal so you can build muscle then do a mini cut after. Its super easy this way
 
Yeah but it is slow as shit. Used to do that + walking 14ks, but need like 3-5months for this shit. Sustainable yes but efficiency wise you need time then

Yea true it takes time. Id go for reta then

You’ve probably never been and maintained sub 10% in your life (veins on abs, striated quads etc),

Aggressive deficits (PSMF being the most ideal and aggressive) if anything is show to have better long term results and maintenance.

I never needed to do this retarded ass diet because i was never a fat fuck..idk might be good if you are obese otherwise what i said still holds i am happy at 12%
