Does starve maxxing close growth plates or only stop you from growing until you start eating maintenance calories I’m asking this because I’m insecure and I’m 14 and 65kgs

It won't close your growth plates but can definitely stunt your growth ,

I’ve had terrible experiences all my life for the way I look but in 2024 I lost a lot of weight but this year I gained some of it back I was treated so much better in 2024 then I am now it’s just really been a eye opener

yes obviously your looks determine how youre treated but cmon bro you know damn well theres better ways to approach this especially at ur age. If a 20 year old wanted to starvemaxx to get lean fine but cmon kiddo are you really going to trade your health and years of development for validation from some normies?

I honestly just want to be seen like I’m not good in school I’m failing pretty much everything and overall my life’s just pretty bad one moment I feel amazing the next I feel fucking depressed

That's not even the point, but rather that you shouldn't consume Starvemaxx during adolescence; it will mess up your growthAnd it's not even a matter of growth plates

its okay man i get that and my bad if i came off aggressive at first. What im trying to say yes i know how it feels to not be seen i know how it feels to cry yourself to sleep because you dont feel enough. If anything I see myself in you and I dont want you to go through the same path of harming yourself just for others sake. You want to look better and thats good most 14 years old dont even know about self improvement. Theres better lesser damaging ways to go about your goals which im sure you know are eating adequately, healthy and getting your nutrients in, sleeping right and exercise. Youll thank yourself in the future just doing this, dont obsess over calories eat healthy let your body grow as its supposed to, looks are important but are vanity at the end of the day.

Don’t starve max it’s not worth it, obv dosent close plates but will stunt growth, eat a proper healthy diet while hitting ur macros and micros u can starve when ur done growing

when I was 12 i had an eating disorder, I was underweight for 2 years, and didnt grow much only like 3cm so please eat or youre gonna end up being short like me

Does stunting growth remove from ur max potential height?

No it’s a time deal, ur plates close at a certain point and it only releases a certain amount of pulses within that extent, also there is a genetic limit to your height unless you develop acromagely you won’t continuously grow, studies show people who aren’t GH deficient only gain around an inch from HGH
