Personal experience

I was previously 175-180lbs (79-81kg)
its been around 8 months and I've lost 50 pounds (22kg),
so I'm now at 130 pounds (59kg)

As a result of losing so much weight through starving,
I have lost tons of muscle, but overall its a decent trade off.
I also temporarily lost my morning wood.
I also measured in at around 12% bodyfat around a couple days ago,
from what was probably around 23%

Keep in mind

Starving may interfere with testosterone production.
Fatigue may occur.
It is also possible for loss of bone density to occur.
Also starving may delay puberty for those who are younger in age.

Suggestions for those looking to starve:
#1. Don't do it too rapidly
#2. Make sure to get important nutrients while starving
#3. Really make sure to exercise, muscle loss is at its peak while starving.

Pretty much water advice, but its pretty important

how much did your face change from it?
It changed pretty significantly, zygos become more visible, mandible becomes more visible, I didn't notice any changes within the eye area.

Yeah, alot more.
It's definitely one of the pros to weightloss.
Im going on a cut but im only going to do like 500 calories less than my maintenance going to track protein because i don’t want to lose what little muscle i have lol once its done if i get to around 12% body fat I’ll make a thread about before and after how is it maintaining it so far?

Sounds like a good plan
I made the mistake of not working out during my starve.
Now I'm trying to fix that, but It'll be done eventually.
