i dont get why people need to inject sum ahh for losing weight jus do cardio and go on an 500 calorie deficit easy as that. Also take alot of proteins so u dont loose ur muscles

Reta already kills your appetite. If you barely eat youre not losing more fat loss. You’re just:

Losing muscle
Feeling like trash
Tanking hormones
Slowing metabolism down

You want fat loss, not skinny-fat + weak.
Here’s what to actually do

Eat protein alot.
Every meal = protein.
Chicken, eggs, Greek yogurt, beef, just good protein.

Lift alot in the gym.
If you’re not lifting, you’re losing muscle.
3x a week minimum.

2–3 meals. Protein centered. Some carbs. Some fats.

Starving might sound faster but it’s just self-sabotage and harmful. i can help you more if you tell me youre weight + goal. and would you mind making this a solution?

You can eat pretty much whatever you want whilse on reta, because it speeds up your metabolism. If you want faster progress, eat in a 300 calorie deficit because, lets be honest, starving yourself is unrealistic and you will end up binging on processed shit after.
