i have no problem skipping meals and fasting, but when im at home all day i sometimes start binging snacks even tho im not hungry because im bored and want to be stimulated
so here’s the tip that genuinely helped me:
cook a whole plate of rice and chicken or whatever, season it and shit, do sauces and just let it sit on your desk.
somehow it subconsciously suppresses my desire or whatever to eat sweets and snacks.
and even if you dont leave the plate untouched at least youre eating rice and chicken
