I've been starvemaxxing for 15 days and I almost relapsed (eating) and lost 5kg
My hollow cheeks are more visible now but it's not enough.

All I've been drinking is raw blood which made me feel enlightened
But I feel weak without it I could barely grip something hard or throw
but I must ascend.

Usually I eat them raw or cooked but I don't cook it long just 1-2 minute on each side
