i want to starvemaxx to loose face fat but i'm worried it will spike my insulin and make things worse as thats what some people say. is that true? i'm already 10% BF but for some reason all of my fat is stored in my face no joke

Just go calorie deficit, take DNP, white monster and spam cardio

gain lean muscle, chances are you will lose fat from your face. when you have more muscle, your body will require more calories to maintain those muscles which will automatically create caloric deficit which you needed to lower your bf%
