Starvemaxxing DAY 1. I know that starving stunts bone growth and I’m teen but I have like 20-25% body fat, so it doesn’t matter for me.

Take glp-1’s or stims for an actual reduced appetite, starvemaxxing isn’t efficient long term at all and is extremely hard to manage.

I starvemaxxed from 175 to 142lb in 6 weeks at 15, I was around 6'2.

What I did was have a lot of sugar-free gum, spend as much time outside of the house/away from restaurants as possible, drink diet soda, sleep more so there's less time for me to feel sleepy, and drink black coffee. You should buy some sugar-free sweeteners so you can make yourself a low-calorie sweet snack when cravings get too high.

It's gon be difficult af for the first stretch then you get used to it. You got this bro, good luck.
