im mostly skinny but have some fat in my belly and my cheeks, so skinny fat dude who want to get lean or just lose weigh since bulking wont help me being short.
problem is, im too fucking poor to to buy proper food or even get a gym membership and also last year in hs so cant get a job too.
So, is starvemaxxing a thing? does it work? im not gonna starve myself ill just stop spending money on food when not home while also losing weight

What kind of bullshit is this too poor to get healthy food, you don’t even need healthy food to get leaner you just need to stay in a caloric deficit, you can just eat foods that are low in calories and make you full for a long time and go out and run or walk

i get 600$ a month and spend about half on food,its pretty expensive,eggs,steak,chicken breast
