How do you fatties even find it hard? Just a bunch of lazy fucks who binge eat.

The only reason I stay 20+ bf is because I work out and try and build muscle. If I didn't, I'd literally weigh something like 58kg lmao. I literally force myself to eat most times and lose it quick when I'm not 'bulking'. Plus I waste a ton of money doing so, starvemaxxing saves so much money.

It’s funny because they can afford food and yet instead of going on the bean coffee milk diet they eat chips and candy
