I jyst started fasting recently and the lack of food is just making it so I cant think especially paired with the sleeping pill i had yesterday doing any task just feels like trying to walk with a 100lb backpack on even typing this right now is so tiring abd gard todo I genuinely cabt wait till 7:30 so i can eat again.
