Starving my self for years cooked my height, is it over? m18

I am 18 years old and 181 cm or about 5'11. I think that i could have grown taller my father is 185 cm about 6'1 mother is 166cm 5'5. But i have stopped growing at around the age of 16. my shoe size has also been the same for 5 years. But the thing is my brother is around 2 meters and has shoe size 51 and my sister is also verry tall, taller than me. I spend most of puberty not eating so much and if i ate it was bad food like noodles no nutrution because i used to be fat and was so obsessed about not gaining weihght i now weigh 70kgs i used to weigh more than this when i was 12. over the years my weight has not going up but only down. My question is is it still possible to grow taller or not. And could i have grown taller if i had eaten better.

u wouldve been ur brothers height likely, not much hope for ur plates, at 18 they're likely fused meaning your height is somewhat permanent

Stunting height is only possible if your starving like the kids in africa, if you have an autoimmune disorder which causes malabsorption or if you have gh deficit

what? malnutrition during puberty affects your development a ton, it can literally be the difference between reaching your genetic potential of htn and being stuck at ltn ur entire life, its the most important stage of your life.

Lol he was fat until 12. He should've already been at least 180cm by then if he were to grow to 200cm. You're overestimating nutrition by a ton. The gap between 180 and 200cm is too big for it to have been due to malnutrition after the age of 12.
