Is it better to crave only protein with total 1222 calories a day or 2222 calories with carbs, fruits and shi?
My favourite influencers with ed said that you should lose weight by starving and than bulk muscles back cuz it's easier but my fellows doctors said that Imma end up with multiple holes in my stomach if I don't eat :feelsuhh:

if you are still in puberty, starvation is probably the most retarded thing you could do

I know but Im not talking about absolute starvation
The main idea is to eat protein and only protein so imma gain muscle and lose fat

I walk at least 25k and train 5 times a weak or so, so this diet is starvation in one form or another

eating at maintance and losing calories through workout is the best thing you can do and not the same as eating in such a big deficit
you will stunt your growth if you stay in a deficit throughout your puberty

of course you should go in a slight deficit if you are overweight since 15-17% bf is kinda the ideal range to be in during puberty but you already are there so no need to do anymore

Imo I need to lose 2-4 killos to be atleast 11- 12 bf%
 
frozen mango, greek yogurt, and cabbage got me down to anorexic levels of thinness. you dont have to cut out meat completely, ground chicken will keep you satiated somewhat. try 1600 calories and 20k steps daily
 
Starving isn’t possible for me

I just try to do under 2k a day

that’s typically called a “protein sparing modified fast”, and it’s mainly done as a crash diet for about a month.you’d probably be fine doing that, and I find it difficult to believe a month of low calories would stunt your growth. You could easily get to a decent bodyfat in that span and then just lean bulk.

It won't stunt my growth of course but I think I'll js stick to 1700 clrs a day and same activity

BTW I genuinely cannot understand why so many ppl think that if you are as fat as possible or atleast just "chunky" while being teen youll end up VERY tall, developed etc when it is actually the opposite???:lul:

The more fat you got the less GH youll have during puberty

starving only makes u lose muscle and gain weight every calories u eat. do it if you want to destroy yourself
