True...when i starved myself i would always give up...now i only eat a bit less but it makes a difference in the long run

depends tho, low pain low gain + feels super boring to me to losing moderate to low amount of weight each week compared to 1 kg+

I was able to lose 65 pounds in 2 months by only eating one meal a day (dinner), but I was a stoner in that period and for some weird reason the weed helped distract me. Once I truly decided that I would only eat once a day the munchies didn't hit as hard. But no way I could do it again or recommend it.

Fasting is legit people do it wrong by going into it unprepared do it for too long and then gorge on food as soon as the fast is over. You need to start off with one day then 2 days then build up until you can go a week and then by that point you've made it habitual and as long as you maintain good eating habits you will lose weight at a good pace and won't be suffering immensely probably but hey the road to beauty is pain if you are not chad

lost 20kg in the last 2 or 3 months. havent starved myself. literally just eating healthier. loosing weight is a very possible thing. i dont even have a good metabolism, actually i get fat very fast. i eat when i want but most of it is low calories, low fat, no sucrose for the most part, but high in carbs (i gotta live off smth lol)

True. I have fasted for a total of 30+ days(all separate occasions, the longest being 7 days), and it always felt like torture going through the process, no matter what bodyfat, how sedentary I was, or how much I prepared for it

Fasting will only age you and the chances of rebounding are very high. I looked and felt 100x better eating on a calorie deficit with high protein and moderate fat. And 90% of the benefits are from ketosis, you can just get on a keto diet and reap all of the 'benefits' that fasting gives without starving yourself
