Victims of the Palisades and Eaton fires are suing State Farm, saying the insurer deliberately set projected replacement costs far lower than the actual costs.

StateFarm is screwing everybody over in California by denying property damage claims. Literally refusing to pay you after your house burned down and
preventing hazardous material clean up from the ruins of those insured homes all in the name of delaying claims and payment and in return sueing these people back to scare them off

They should only be insuring those from Palisades. The Eaton greaseballs were probably living off the white taxpayers anyways, they'll hand out compensations to them before they ensure the lawful citizens of CA, just watch.

Insurance should cover all policyholders. You pay the premium for a reason and to prevent situations like this. Fucking them over like this should be a crime.

Not those who are undocumented aliens. StateFarm explicitly offers coverage to foreign invaders who leech off US taxpayers. It's disgusting, US citizens should be their first priority. If anything comes of this it's probably going to be them doubling down for the wets. The real crime is letting these toads in and providing them luxuries at the cost of hard-working Americans.

California does not respect property rights.
Literally a textbook case of their traitorous mess of the state. Property has been a bedrock of western civilization and they won’t defend it.
Just goes to show how they’re straying away from western civilizational principles.
