i remember when i lived there as a child i was huge like i was noticeably bigger than most people cause the qol was way better sleep nutrition and when i came back to the middle east im not that different ive been growing steadily since ever since then but most people i used to know / talk to are taller and have more development than me rn cause the state of life is so different like here people usually sleep 12 am 1 am that the norm and wake up 1 pm to 2 maybe when i came here i wasn’t eating nutritional food but i wish i fixed my qol
