You experts, how do you stay at your best weight? I've managed to drop to 67 by 181 cm and I think I look like I did when I was a teenager, but I don't think I'll be able to hold on for long. If I continue like this with this chicken and spinach routine, I could end up in the emergency room. I want to know experiences from you experts who know everything
