i am genetically and structurally prone to be hypersensible to bloating and lately my sleep schedule has been completely FUCKED:forcedsmile: so i’ve been looking more than ever like a chubby chipmunk harvesting nuts for the winter:feelswhy:, but i could have noticed something: yesterday i didnt drink much water, actually half the quantity that i usually chug, and when i did i added lemon for electrolytes=hydration. AND i don’t know if it’s a coincidence but i look more debloated and i’ve been drinking not more than 1,5 liter a day. Also i’ve been feeling always hydrated, un like some days that the more water i chug the more i need hydration. COULD it be that maybe water bloats you even more making you piss away essential electrolytes ? also i’ve been drinking in small but costant sips and not chugging down too much water in a separate moment.

This is exactly how to drink water, if you are finishing a glass of water, you should finish it in a span of 30minutes to an hour depending on your daily activity and such. However, in constant sips like you said, chugging will cause the body to go right through your system at a faster rate and you will pee all of it out.
