i am genetically and structurally prone to be hypersensible to bloating and lately my sleep schedule has been completely FUCKED
so i’ve been looking more than ever like a chubby chipmunk harvesting nuts for the winter
, but i could have noticed something: yesterday i didnt drink much water, actually half the quantity that i usually chug, and when i did i added lemon for electrolytes=hydration. AND i don’t know if it’s a coincidence but i look more debloated and i’ve been drinking not more than 1,5 liter a day. Also i’ve been feeling always hydrated, un like some days that the more water i chug the more i need hydration. COULD it be that maybe water bloats you even more making you piss away essential electrolytes ? also i’ve been drinking in small but costant sips and not chugging down too much water in a separate moment.
