<3 ideal autismI actually measured my height throughout the day, you lose 3-4 millimeters in just the first 10-15 minutes of waking up and standing. Then in a few hours until noon, you lose some more(7-8), and the rest(3-4) you lose very slowly until late at night.
So if you sleep during the day then meet and hang out for a few hours with people in the evening, you'll only be taller by 3-4mm as compared to having a regular schedule and meeting people in the evening after you've been awake and standing all day.

Just change ur sleep rhythm so you wake up in the evening when social life starts and sleep during the daywell staying in bed all day or living a sedentary lifestyle is bad for your health therefore It would be counterproductive and the opportunity cost isnt worth it. It would be much better to sleep in untill 8 pm and wake up with that extra .5 inches
