for most puberty I’ve been eating pretty much always in a caloric surplus and lifting weights cuz I played sports. Half way through 17 I decided to go on a hard cut cuz I actually care about how I look. Is being lean bad for puberty. I understand Im almost done developing but I don’t wanna nerf anything I got left. Ik nutrition js important for growing but I heard fat can also cause growth plates close early. Also I hate having a fat face. Idk what to do

you can use a bf caliper or go for a body scan which is likely too expensive for a 17 year old
