Staying tanned in winter

Apart from mt2, what other ways is there to stay tanned in the winter when the uv is like 3-4

U can't keep your tan all year round especially on face, u probably won't even keep it with mt2 for long without uv.
Maybe buy some UV lamp or use self tanner if u will find good one which don't look super sus

Astaxanthin, lycopene and self tanner drops maybe, or you can just go hit tanning salon but that will age you like hell
