I bought liver too, had to throw it away it smelt like piss hopefully the same did not happen to the beef i had

its probably spoiled lol buy from a local farm and keep it cold but dont stock up imo if its been in the freezer for to long itll taste like sht

I threw the liver away the meat was fine and smelt nice. Its a local butcher but idk if i can trust them after buying the liver
