45 is too much and it's a waste of pills. I use 64mg pills and I cut them in half, which is about 30mg each, and it has the same effect as a 64mg pill. What you will feel, or rather, in my case, is a total loss of appetite, which is why I continue using it . You will also feel quite tired.

I'm not saying you shouldn't take it, it really helps you control yourself and concentrate even more if you're a distracted and anxious person like me, for example. But one of its side effects is that you feel weak and tired, like you haven't eaten in days, literally. But I think the side effects depend on the person, so you might as well try it; you have nothing to lose.
