Ego isn't bad, we need ego to survive, the thing is when it becomes toxic,once in a basketball game I failed 3 layups, I suffered from anxiety the next 2 weeks, "all people saw me do that, I'm a loser even my grandma would do that", if I win at something I will feel the world is mine, I'm a prisoner of ego

Take psychedelics and start doing serious spiritual practices like self-inquiry, contemplation and meditation. Read
some Eckhart Tolle and/or other spiritual books. Only authentic, non-narcissistic self-love will save you from your predicament.
