Are testosterone cycle at the age of 18 good for me. I spotted that I usually store fat in womans places like ass legs and chest. Is it low t problem here?
 
Sounds like more of a high e problem than a low t, personally I'd never do roids but they're a good option for some. At the end of the day it's up to you whether it's worth the risks.

Are there some natural ways to reduce estrogen? Which food should I avoid to reduce it?

Fat storage is genetics, if anything it’s better so that your upper body will have the least fat at any given time. Just work on eating healthy, lifting weights and doing cardio every day, get sun, and just be relaxed becasue cortisol will fuck your hormones. Don’t take roids

Don't take roids at 18 that's way too fucking young

Learn to build a good body naturally, train hard, optimise your natural t through diet and lifestyle...... then you can decide to roid when you are a man with a good base

I think there's a thread on it but I can't find it so:
•reduce internal estrogen production
•reduce external estrogen consumption

How to do both of those-

(internal)
•The more bodyfat you have, the more estrogen you will produce (leading to more bodyfat storage) a.k.a. endless cycle until you become a fat tranny.
Improving your lean mass is probs the best thing you can do for your hormones imo.
•Limit stressers in your life, or alternatively learn how to not get bothered by them (I'm not sure if cortisol raises e but it defo plummets t).

(external)
•limit phytoestrogen consumption (search up foods that help with menopause and never eat them) Some examples are seeds, tofu and of course soy products in general. Never eat flaxseed or chia as I'm pretty sure both of them convert test directly into estrogen. Also be careful with animal products as sometimes they're fed entirely on soy and those estrogens will go straight to the fat of the animal, and especially to its eggs/milk.
•limit xenoestrogen contact (nasty synthetic form of estrogen) which is found in plastics and in the parabens of soap. Never let heated plastic anywhere near your food as even BPA-free plastic releases xenoestrogen when heated.
Plastic bottles shouldn't be reused as chemicals like xenoestrogen will start to leech into them (just get a metal bottle)
Go for a natural soap and if you use shampoo go for a natural one also.

That's all I can think of rn, I'm not an endocrinologist so some of this might be wrong.

OP if you wanna become a bodybuilder, realize you will never have a really good body without any kind of chemical help

Would phenibut help me raise T then? Since I get very stressed in pretty much any social situation.
Never heard of it, but if it's a drug I wouldn't reccomend.
Maybe try to get naturally more comfortable in social situations (easier said than done) as it'll help with more than just t.
My social anxiety was never crippling but I got nervous talking to anyone new and hated crowded places coz I felt like everyone was staring at me. What helped for me was exposure therapy, where you basically just 'fake it till you make it' by acting confident and living how a confident guy would (sounds very bluepilled but it worked for me).
Started by wearing some unusual outfits and sitting in a confident way, then slowly built it up (sounds retarded ik)
Also for some reason when I'm chewing gum any anxiety goes out the window.
I hardly ever get socially anxous anymore so I think the 'faking it' really worked.
If I had to write a tl:dr I'd say Learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable.

Lol keep crying, anyway. There are reasons to use testosterone or other hormones in puberty just not in the dosages OP might use.

test/HGH is only useful if you do it for height gains in prime puberty (12-15 age) at moderate dosages. After that age its just pointless.

Roids and Gh are godly for face dont really stop growing until 25
 
Kinda pointless even if low t is the issue
once your off the cycle it will revert even worse
Boost your test in a way you can maintain if that is indeed the issue
