It's well known that being fat causes Low Testosterone, since fat cells convert test into estrogen

but, also Testosterone speeds up metabolism so without fast metabolism a person can get super fat even without trying to ( plus they might have some genetic predisposition qualities)

so what causes Low T? is it being fat or having low T in the first place makes you fat?
it's kinda like the Chicken or the egg problem

I think it's a mixture or both

Even with exogenous test rmr fluctuations due to test are sub 10%, I'm fat because of test levels is fatty cope, too much food is the chicken and the egg

I think it's a mixture or both

First, testosterone burns fat, so you will have a bigger abdomen if low T, but its mainly diet. Second, is obesity what makes you low T, like the disorders, because obese people have less SHBG what frees T and this extra T Is More aromitized because more fat gas more aromataze, It means moré free testosterone and then some part converted to estrogen, and these two inhibits testosterone production, so less production=less total T, since total T Is the 100% of T that your body makes.

So testosterone gives you skinny fat body, less muscle and more fat, but not obese, and being obese makes you low T
