Sterilizationmaxxxing for Derminator 2

I am a bit confused about how to sterilize the cartridges of the shit before the procedure (I'll use one cartridge for each procedure, so after-care of cartridges is no issue) and my face/scalp both before and after the treatment.

For the pre-care, I saw videos where people put the cartridge in a bowl full of 70% IPA but the derminator guide in manufacturer website also mentions wiping the hand and skin with alcohol. Do I really need to apply alcohol on my face and scalp? Or just a simple cleanse for face and a warm for scalp is enough?

Also, what happens if I bleed? Should I apply cotton pads saturated with alcohol?

It of course is sterile in the package, you only need to sterilize it if you use it multiple times (which i would never do on the face)

Do I need to disinfect my face/scalp with alcohol, or just a simple cleansing will be enough?
