just came here to give advice, i watched a shit tonna content on softmaxxing n js got a bit of knowledge id like to share with others tryna ascend. thought it'd be useful cuz a lotta trolls on this forum/people who only recommend hardmaxxes (hardmaxxing is really good, but not instantly available to everyone)

If your not retarded, you will know how to “soft max” its just taking care of your self, and surgery is the only thing if you want to actually improve, and if its not available your probably a kid or live in a 3rd world country.
