Orals, tap into var.
It gives you a good understanding of what to look for in terms of bloods [bloodwork] and record lipids
BUT NOT in isolation obviously. Take var with test [obligatory in any cycle tbh] and look into sarms after you did pretty well with the first one

Good apart from sarms wouldn’t ever touch sarms, pointless and very toxic for liver
