I have 11" bitch arms and after 2 years giving everything in the gym and following a super strict nutrition plan I increased that to 11.5 inch which still is far from being dimoprhic. I just want to have normal 14-15 inch arms to not look like a total pussy and fill out my tshirts. I can't achieve that naturally through utter shit genetics.

My bloodwork gave me following results:
Total T: 527 (fasted and in the morning)
Albumin 56.7 (above "normal")
SHGB: 46.1 (high "normal")
calculated free t: 7.91 (below lowest "normal")

That retard of a dr. who looks like he he is cruising on 2g testosterone himself told me I am fine and should train harder and that trt is for live and not for such young people (being unwanted by females is worth than death) should not take it.

So this retard charged me 200$ to tell me I shall cope with some proviron.

Will proviron even do anything except raping my hair?

I honestly strongly consider to just get some ugl gear and hop on 150mg/test a week. And then balance it so I achieve a total t between 900 and 1100.

If u only have gotten 0,5 incresse in 2 yrs you’re not eating enough

Dont blame ur genetics u just dont know how to train

Bullshit I ate a stable 3.300kcal and went from 72kg to 81kg @+1kg a month, then I did a cut @-1.5kg a month and repeated that a gain.
I ate 165g of protein 50-100g of fat and rest carbs.

I did all the big lifts, benchpress, deadlift, squat and some curls. Every 6 Month I switched my rep scheme. I tried 3x8-12, 5x5 and to others I dont' remember currently.
Depending on the programm I went 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours to the gym and allmost never missed a session.

I did everything possible in theroy. Even with moderate genetics and half that effort one should be able to achieve more than me.

Most of the weight I gained was fat around my stomach and hips (went from 12% bf at end of cut to around 15-18 at end of "lean bulk")

Nope. I even managed some alright numbers.


My 1 best 1 rep maxes where:
bench: 85Kg
deadlift: 127kg
squat: 105kg
I could even do 4 pull ups with +20kg

But my size just did not increase.

did your lifts increase?

Till what I posted above, but that took me 2 years and from there on I could not increase more. I always stalled or even got weaker again.
 
I'd say TRT is the way to go with that free T of yours.

jfc my first year of lifting i had like 15 inch arms or sometghing , yes proviron will be decent find shbg lowering supplements take L carnitine and forshkoli too along side with no fap high cholestrol diet from eggs and red meat

It’s genetics, go to your doctor and seriously ask for trt. I’m guessing with those test lvls you are prob a framecel. Inject asap
 
If you can close grip bench 140 kg and dumbbell scottcurl 30+ kg per side for clean reps you will have impressive arms. Get stronger and practice patience.

I have a good shoulder to waist ratio but my torso in general is smallish, so I hope some musclemass can increase its perceived size a bit.
I'll be spamming the other trt clinics in my range and straight up tell them what I want and ask whether they can provide me that.

Maybe I can also find a shady doc in some shithole country to write me prescriptions as well.
