I can't get any steroids where I live (Holland), without having a medical certificate, and I also don't want to buy some chinese crap from some random guy selling it.

SO I'm gonna try to testmax naturally. I think I'm going to start taking ashwagandha, boron, DIM, vit D3 and zinc.
Will this help, and/or should I start taking some other shit?

Also I read about chrysin increasing testosteron but that must be larp, right?
