Over the past 2-3 decades the increase in steroid-usage has led to a lot of guys having supernatural physiques. (Still less than 1% of men)
Especially many movie stars who "bulk up" for a role obviously don't do so naturally but with the help of steroids.
20 or 30 years ago this phsyique would have been considered "jacked"
Today jacked means this:
A person with the first physique would literally be asked these days if he goes to the gym at all (well, almost)
Just keep in mind guys: Dont beat up yourself over not having a super big physique. All the movie stars you see these days are on steroids. There's no other way to reach that sort of very big yet defined physique.
