Is it a good idea to take 350mg test weekly when I've been lifting for one week?

No you should take a least a gram of tren a week when you start, this is refered to as "noob gains" and is why new gym goers quickly get bigger
 
listen kid the idea that you should roid after a certain point of gym expertise is a complete gatekeeping meme made by roidheads to keep people off for as long as possible and have all the gains for themselves. yes fucking blast it man hormones = everything for muscle building
if you have low T + shit androgen receptor density = despite good diet perfect sleep lifestyle training you will look like joe fazer for the rest of ur life
