Sticking out ears

Is there any way to fix ears that stick out, without surgery or some gay tape that you wear through the day. I'm still in puberty so is there any sort of massage or thing to wear to fix them or tuck them in more? My friend irl used to have these massive sticking out ears but slowly over time they shifted back, when i asked he said wore a headband to sleep. would this work since im still a teen? Need help i get called monkey.

Damn, i think the only real way is surgery, but maybe if u are still very young (13-14) u could use bands. Being honest, i don't think that the bands work forever, probably if u stop using them your ears will get to the original place.
