Hey guys, you know baby stickleys MPR (mental protuberance resistance or whatever), does that actually work? From his videos it seems to genuinely help with forward growth and I don't think its angle frauding either. I've been doing a little bit every day or so for the last few weeks and it seems to be helping slightly although that might be placebo.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it cope?
