well im not too knowledgeable either ibr but essentially high dose psychedelics can really change someone's outlook on how they see life, like I've seen stories of like an addict of heroin for 11 years then they went through some like psychedelic therapy and they've ben clean ever since. Its deffo not a guarantee magic fix but apparently its insanely enlightening especially if you experience an ego death
