Still a graycel

I've been here for like 1.5 years + like a year of lurking and I'm still a graycel, I mean, I don't post much or browse the site that often, the main sites I use are 4chan and youtube but still, why does it take so many posts to move up just a single rank? how come there are users with 30k posts in only 2 years?
