still have acne while im on tret

i have been on tret 0.05 for more than 6 monthes
yet i still have acne that appears randomly
should i continue using or increase dosage to 0.1
or hop on accutane or switch to another topical acne treatment
(i shave with a razor weekly)

At this point might be the diet. I am on accutane 20 mg and even if I eat shitty I get acne. Try some days to eat clean asf and then see if the problem is still active

increase the dosage to 0.1 if still nothing hop on accutane or take them together lmao

or bring out the big gun and use tazarotene

diet is cope btw, numerous studies show only link between diet and acne is milk and whey protein. nothing else has actual evidence behind it despite what people say.

if tret 0.05 for 6 months has not helped it is generally time to move to accutane, dose depends on the seveirty
