What should i focus on to improve.
Im 16 and want to improve as much as possible before its to late.

idk there are plenty of posts you can find, the basics are just to make sure you keep your estrogen low and your HGH and IGF-1 on the higher end

What should i focus on to improve.
Im 16 and want to improve as much as possible before its to late.

1. Exercising
2. Eating relatively healthy
3. Getting a job (any job) as soon as possible
4. Putting yourself in social situations even if you dont feel like it (if u cba with some social event go anyway). You should put yourself iin social situations as much as possible
5. Get used to talking to girls early on. I don't mean hitting on them but just talk to even ugly girls and make friends with girls and it will make you more comfortable around women in general when you genuinely are interested in a girl plus give you easy access to girls she's friends with
6. In my opinion starting steroids at 18-20 (but read up properly on all the risks etc first I did 100s of hours of reading before starting).
7. Start a 5ar inhibitor when you are 23 or so and ur dick has done growing.
8. Trying different hobby's could be anything like judo etc you have to find interests when you are young
