Agreed, even without working out, u should have a basis for muscle. Im pretty skinny rn and dont workout, but still relativly broad and defined.You need to fucking work everything not focus specifically on some jfl, you have the physique of a 8 year old kid you are very fucking underdeveloped and lack very high amounts of muscle mass. You lack a lot a lot of muscle mass you're so underdeveloped

Idk what u define as good, im broader than most people my age even the ones that are a little bigger. My insertions for shoulders are also pretty decent, they have that boulder look naturally (ofc not big boulder, cuz im skinny)so you just have a good frame basically
