on gym days i will ofc do a full upper split

But some days i just am at home and can use dunbells only, so what weak areas should i target

You need to fucking work everything not focus specifically on some jfl, you have the physique of a 8 year old kid you are very fucking underdeveloped and lack very high amounts of muscle mass. You lack a lot a lot of muscle mass you're so underdeveloped

Agreed, even without working out, u should have a basis for muscle. Im pretty skinny rn and dont workout, but still relativly broad and defined.

Idk what u define as good, im broader than most people my age even the ones that are a little bigger. My insertions for shoulders are also pretty decent, they have that boulder look naturally (ofc not big boulder, cuz im skinny)
