Stim abuse to get shredded

Recently started using ADHD meds and have unlocked a new level of loosing bodyfat and gaining muscle at the same time. I know this is not the most sustainable practice as i can already feel the effects slightly declining and upping the dosage is not an option as i think id get better results if i maintain what i am taking now as i have a limited supply. However i am wondering if there are any easily purchasable meds that have similar stim like effects ( stronger than caffeine as i am already taking 800mg+ Dailey) that can suppress hunger and give me energy like this ?? I have already ordered armodafinil and modafinil from fucking India
mart so i hope that ts isnt just caffiene pills or sm bs

thats what im running but my supply is running low and it lwk is taxing on my cns, also tried ritilan 10,20,30 and 60mg but lisdex works the best and lasts the longests but all of them fck w my sleep

honestly if ur js getting smaller it might just be youre not eating enouigh protien and timming carbs right, since its a stimulant you have to make sure its not taxing ur sleep else you wont recover enough and you wont be able to grow but make sure to eat still, protien probs most important if youre trying to recomp but i found i can js starve max and my lifts go up and i loose bf%

yeah it’s hard with school to hit all macros, i just compensate with gear tbh
