my advice is to only use it when studying and dont abuse it(basically just dont spam it everyday)

but its not that addictive you wont get hooked on to it in just few months tho

being poor and shooting yourself in the head has also been linked to a loss of gray matter interestingly enough, so to me i personally think its a net positive
