I use to use Adderall 30mgs a lot dk if that would count as abuse but cross dressing sounds crazy to me

it depends on what i was doing when it kicked in, if i was cranking my johnson for example thats the next 10+ hours wasted. if studying i'd be very deep in the zone for a few hours

I think anything over 15mg (if XR) is not good long term, you would legit be abusing yourself
