As im leaning down i've been utilizing caffeine a lot but i genuenly drink so much that it might be lowk negatively impacting my health. I also cant really drink coffee at night so thats assballs. Nicotine i've also used a bit but not anymore as i cant stand that disgusting feeling high, i kireknuenly dont understand how people get addicted to such a shitty high. I know pretty much every stimulant has a apetite surpressing effect, which ones are the best to use?
thats a negative af ROI unless you're rich imo. Cutting isn't hard enough to be worth spending that much money on
