Simply put I usually have a diet like this
730am - 6 eggs w/ 1 cup of skyr yogurt (ala and pico for insulin resitance)
1120am - 8oz grilled chicken w/ 1 cup of basmati rice (ala and pico for insulin resitstance)
All of this is cus im on MK
Anyways today I woke up late as shit and for some reason I had fucking cereal for breakfast with my ala and pico at like 11:40am and then at 12:15pm (super close) I had fucking mcdonalds cus my brother ordered it (with ala and pico)
This fucked my gi (meals close together didnt have time for first one to digest) and more shit due to the fucking shitty ass food so now its 7pm and my stomach is cramping af
This will go away im sure and from now on im fucking sticking to my diet
