When I’m out eating I fear that I will end up shitting myself.
I don’t know if it’s an anxiety thing, or maybe a stomach thing, but whenever I go out to eat I feel as though my asshole is about to open up.
But when I’m home eating this doesn’t happen.
What causes it?
