Okay I skimmed three article to fact check ts and long story short it’s depending on what u eat but smoking weed is linked to loosing weight and BMI (whatever the hell that is) because weed helps calorie intake. It’s not effective way to loose or gain weight tho

you can down like a 2k calorie shake with ease

but tbh i'd recommend lean bulking instead, if you bulk you will just get fat with negligible more muscle gains than just a small calorie surplus
