you must show people that you are capable of being dangerous or that you have balls to do dangerous things
in order to people value when you show kindness

if you have always been good around the people that you demand respect then their subconcious would interpret that as weak, not "high T" that shit is cope
tolerating everything and staying nonchalant isnt gonna make them see you as superman
